- Cancellations made 7 to 2 days prior to departure: subject to a fee of up to 30% of the tour price
- Cancellations made 1 day prior to departure: subject to a fee of up to 40% of the tour price
- Cancellations made on the day of departure (before the tour begins): subject to a fee of up to 50% of the tour price
- No notice or failure to attend: incurs a fee of 100% of the tour price
